Royal Northwoods Golf Club, Inc., recognizes the challenges of creating an all-weather golf course without having to adopt a customary thick sanded construction, since the course is located in the Philippines, which is a tropical country and particularly situated at the clay-rich soil of Bulacan.

Playable since 1997, the course has gone through and survived a lot of playability tests. For the past several years, the soggy condition of the fairways continues to improve as the golf course is relentlessly being attended to for traces of seeping water after heavy downpours. RNGCI also provides modernized machines and equipment for the course' maintenance.
